Redha Alhaidar is an experienced senior executive and board member with a distinguished track-record that spans management, strategic communication, media, and public policy in Saudi Arabia and globally. He is the founder of Bitmal, a disruptive social currency and social marketplace. As a successful entrepreneur, who exhibits great leadership and organizational skills, he has founded select technical startups. Until recently, Redha was the President of the General Commission of Audiovisual Media, the Saudi Arabia’s media industry regulatory authority. Previously, Redha worked at the Capital Market Authority, Saudi Arabia General Investment Authority and other key government agencies in Saudi Arabia, and national committees.

He is a founding board member of the Misk Foundation and is devoted to cultivating learning and leadership in youth. He is the former Chairman of Manga Production, producing animations and developing video games with positive content. Redha holds an MPA from the Kennedy School of Government, Harvard University; MA in Communication, Culture and Technology from Georgetown University and BA in Multimedia Design & Development from American University.

Fadi worked with MBC group since in launch in London in 1991 and till 2019. In 2001 he was heavily involved in the launching of Al Arabiya news channel. From 2006 Fadi has been part of MBC Group senior management in charge of Drama. He was the first to discover the value of Turkish content in 2007 and through O3 - the Drama production arm of MBC - acquired 1000s of hours of Turkish, Indian , Korean Drama and Telenovelas for MBC channels and Arab markets. Fadi pioneered in adapting drama scripted formats and long telenovela series in Arabic, as well as in innovative high-end productions such as Omar and Saraya Abdeen. He was among the first to produce limited series with high production values such as 04 & Cactus Alliance. O3 became the biggest player in Arabic and Turkish drama. O3 Egypt was established in 2011 and O3 Turkey in Istanbul(2013).
